ENG-02 Sr Technical Specialist, Dynamic Structures - Mirabel, Canada
The incumbent will support
the CH146 Griffon programs
(Structural Condition Monitoring, Usage Spectrum, ASIP
etc), regarding system integration, software requirements,
data management, and system development. In conjunction
with DND and other sub-contractors, conduct studies and
investigative analysis, develop new structural condition
monitoring techniques, and identify and develop
improvements to CH146 Aircraft Structural Integrity
Program (ASIP). In coordination with other departments and
outside contractors, conduct research projects and develop
new approaches, techniques, hardware and software for
expanding usage monitoring capabilities, and integrate
these new capabilities in the effective fleet management
program. Minimum required qualifications : -Bachelor
Degree in Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering -An
advanced degree would be an asset -Six (6) years of
working experience related to ASIP, helicopters, and
system integration -Knowledge aircraft structural
integrity programs, usage and structural condition
monitoring systems, including their development,
integration, use and data management for aeronautical
applications -Good communication interpersonal and
organizational skills -Functional knowledge of English and
French

Summary of job
description : Reporting to the Chief, Airframe Structures,
your tasks will include : -Engineering support with regard
to shop floor discrepancies
-Assistance to the Product Support department in preparing
helicopter repair schemes -Airframe structural analyses
and certification report preparation on new or modified
airframe structures. Minimum required qualifications : -
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical
Engineering -Three (3) years of experience in the
aerospace industry in structural analyses -Preferably a
professional engineer, or with the qualifications to
become one -Knowledge of computer aided design (CATIA),
finite element modelling (PATRAN/NASTRAN) and their
interface tools -A good understanding of the manufacturing
methods used in the aerospace industry -Knowledge of

Product Support
Product Support Representative - Mirabel, Canada
Working on a flexible schedule, you will use your extensive technical and business expertise to provide Bell Helicopter customers with world-class after-delivery support.
You will develop inspection, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and repair/overhaul functions according to our industry-leading standards. You will also be called upon to: provide information and assistance to maintain a balanced spare parts inventory, participate in domestic and international customer interactions, prepare product training and educational aids, and perform off-site assignments worldwide. You possess an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (category M1, M2 and/or E or S) with six (6) years of (preferably commercial rotary wing) experience, of which four (4) years are field experience (where overhaul activity would be an asset). You have a working knowledge of international governing aviation agencies with abilities to interpret engineering design drawings and specifications. Also, with your working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office, and an aptitude for proficiensy in other software.
Candidates will be challenged to demonstrate business and management potential, projecting visible talent in effective customer relations.
