GUIDELINES ON APPLYING FOR A GRANT
TO BE ELIGIBLE - APPLICANTS SHOULD FURNISH THE FOLLOWING:
- Completed Bell Helicopter Textron Charitable Trust Grant Application
- Cover letter on your organization's letterhead providing information about
- Your programs
- Activities
- History
- Goals
- Key achievements
- Information about the specific project or capital request and
- How it relates to the needs of the community
- Dollar level of support requested
- Suggested payment timetable (i.e., one-time, multi-year) and
- If applicable, the deadline for receiving fund
- A copy of your 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determinate letter from the Internal Revenue Service
- A current operating budget for the organization and a proposed project budget if the grant is for a specific project or capital campaign
- Audited financial statements for the most recently completed year and/or Annual Report
- A list of the organization's officers, board of directors, and staff
Our grant application is now available on-line. Deadline for grant application for funding is November 1 of the current year.
