-- Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company today announced that it received the number one rating for product support in the annual Aviation International News (AIN) survey.
Commenting on this achievement Bell Chief Executive Officer, Mike Redenbaugh, said "Historically Bell has always been known for its customer support and this ranking, coupled with our twelve consecutive #1 rankings in the Pro-Pilot product support survey, affirms our dedication to supporting our products in the field"

The AIN survey covered nine categories including, among others, parts availability, cost of parts, AOG response and overall product reliability." The survey received more than 1,600 respondents.
Bell's Customer Support and Service Center is located in Fort Worth, Texas in the Alliance Airport Corridor and includes a 228,000 square foot facility designed to provide efficient receiving, tracking and shipping of customer orders.
