SkyBOOKS To Present Electronic Record Keeping and Document Control Tips at Heli-Expo

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Jan. 26, 2010) - SkyBOOKS, Inc., a Textron, Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company and innovator in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for flight operations and aircraft maintenance compliance, will be providing an Electronic Record Keeping and Document Control presentation at Heli-Expo.

 

The presentation will discuss FAA recordation requirements, the most common errors found with existing systems and the benefits of a Web-based electronic record keeping program. Participants will learn from industry experts the actions required to gain FAA approval to use Electronic Maintenance Tracking systems.

 

"Maintenance tracking errors jeopardize safety and can be costly. Investing the time to learn how to reduce record keeping error rates is well worth it," said SkyBOOKS Chief Operating Officer John Willis.

 

The presentation will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Room 360D, Monday, February 22, 11 am - Noon.
