Supplier Information
Potential suppliers are required to complete a BHTI Supplier Capability Questionnaire to aid us in determining whether or not the product or service being supplied can match a current or future requirement. This documentation will be treated confidentially and retained in our permanent supplier files for record purposes only.
When you return the completed questionnaire, please forward requested information such as a company brochure or product line sheet, financial data, equipment lists, resumes of key personnel, facilities brochure and facilities expansion plans to permit a complete review and evaluation of your company's capabilities.
Bear in mind that preparation of the questionnaire is key to presenting your company in the best possible light. It is recommended that you type your questionnaire to preclude any misinterpretation of illegible handwriting. You should also provide very specific product and service information on the questionnaire form itself. Avoid references to "see attached" or "see brochure". In addition, an accurate description of manufacturing equipment and inspection equipment is necessary to evaluate the full extent of your company's manufacturing capabilities, and be sure to note to what military quality standards your company is approved to operate.
