Survey
If you are a manufacturer and propose to fabricate parts to BHTI drawings and specifications, a quality assurance audit will be required to determine if the quality control system you employ is in compliance with applicable Bell Quality Procurement Specifications (QPS). Survey results will be issued immediately following the quality assurance audit. Suppliers will be requested to cure any deficiencies before manufacturing approval will be granted. BHTI also subcontracts with authorized dealers and distributors for a manufacturer's end item product. In most cases, a formal quality survey is not required for these businesses; however, BHTI reserves the right to conduct site surveys to determine the capability and capacity of a potential supplier to perform on any given requirement.
