Product Support Engineering

For your convenience Bell offers two locations to contact product support engineers. Bell Helicopter headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas operates on Central Standard time and our international office in Mirabel, Canada operates on Eastern Standard time.

In Mirabel, Canada, over 50 Product Support Engineers are available 12 hours a day 7 days a week to provide personalized phone support for safety related issues, engineering assistance, and advice on ways to lower operating costs.

The Ft. Worth, Texas office also provides personal technical assistance 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Both locations offer "after hours" telephone support around the clock. PSE functions include technical assistance and the service bulletin program for Bell customers.
