In Mirabel, Canada, over 50 Product Support Engineers are available 12 hours a day 7 days a week to provide personalized phone support for safety related issues, engineering assistance, and advice on ways to lower operating costs.
Our Fort Worth, Texas office also provides personal technical assistance 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Both locations offer "after hours" telephone support around the clock. PSE functions include technical assistance and the service bulletin program for Bell customers.
